The Karibib Town Council says it is taking the public’s concerns about a mosquito infestation at the town seriously.
Residents of Karibib have raised concerns about an increase in mosquitoes at their town in recent days.
The Karibib Town Council last week issued a public notice acknowledging that it is aware of concerns about the unwanted guests and finding ways to address it.
“We wish to assure the community that the matter is receiving urgent attention and necessary measures are being implemented to address the situation,” the council stated.
The council added: “We appreciate the community’s patience, cooperation and understanding as council works to address this concern.”
