KARAS Regional Councillor for the Keetmanshoop Rural Constituency, Willem Apollus, has called on people in the South to guard against the influence of other cultures, particularly Western cultures.
Addressing the annual cultural festival at Keetmanshoop over the weekend, Appolus said the younger generation of Namibians had lost their moral values because of Western influences.
