Namibian athletes excelled at the Southern African Youth Athletics Championships at the Pilditch Stadium in Pretoria over the weekend.

Keshia Kalomo won the women’s long jump with a championship record distance of 5,46 metres, while J van Rensburg won the high jump event, clearing 1,55m.
