Habits of Alpha Males

Alpha males are proactive, they don’t like to sit still in front of the TV or computer watching or listening to the world goes past them. Time is very important to an alpha male and he wants to fill it with meaningful activities.

Alphas are proactive in the sense that they use their time constructively to better themselves and their lives, this is why you’ll see alpha males hitting the gym, hitting the books, learning something new, finding ways to make money.

Alpha males accomplish goals the same way a predator hunts their prey. When alphas want to achieve something they visualise it vividly and then become obsessed over it. They then focus on the end goal and remove everything that gets in their way, alphas are not scared to say no and refuse to get distracted from their goals. Because of the tunnel vision focus, an alpha male accomplishes all that he sets out to accomplish.

Alpha males put their goals, aspirations and targets first. Beta males put other people’s targets first and their own desires and wants last. Because alpha males can prioritise their wants based around what they want, they are much happier in life and achieve far more than beta males.

Tip: Realise what is most important to you and then do that first. Let beta’s do everything else.

Whenever an alpha male makes a deal he is thinking Win or win-win, alpha males do not make losing deals. Win-win means that both parties are mutually benefited from the transaction so both parties can engage in a long term business relationship. Beta males are nice guys and are prepared to lose so that everyone remains happy, they later torment themselves for giving up their wants for other people who don’t even care about them.

Tip: Always enter into something with the intention of winning

If an alpha male respects a man or woman then he will take the time to understand them empathetically. This empathy enables the other person to open up so they can understand the alpha male, this leads to effective communication and allows the alpha to build an empire of loyal followers and friends ready to fight for his cause.

Tip: Make people earn your respect don’t give it easily

Alpha males like to work alone. They are highly competent lone wolves. Alpha males can work in a team but only as a leader. Alpha males are inspiring and it’s this inspiration that brings the team to synergise into one to accomplish the goal.

Tip: Always lead, there is no other way for a true alpha

The final habit is sharpening the saw, this habit recommends continual self development by investing time and resources towards the mind, body and soul. All alpha males believe in self development which is why they are always learning, always developing, always hitting the gym and always wanting to improve.

Tip: Read a book, hit the gym, meditate, practice excellence.

Every man can become an alpha if he wants to. What you have to understand is if you watch your thoughts and feelings they become your actions. If you control your actions they become habits and these habits forge the alpha male character which ultimately decides your destiny. A better destiny.
