Fimanekeni Mbodo has been appointed as an equity analyst at Cirrus Capital.
Mbodo has been building and running a business in Namibia for the last five years.
He says although building a business was the most fun and fulfilling part of his life, it has also shown him that the country needs bold financiers to deploy capital with competence and conviction, just as much as it requires the entrepreneurs who create value and jobs.
