JUST a little suggestion to all those complaining about Unisa: Instead of phoning for half an hour to South Africa: why not go to an Internet cafe and e-mail them? No matter whether it is general enquiries or questions to my lecturers, so far I have always received answers.

Of course, it is not always within 24 hours but usually it does not take too long.
