So many, wow. Launching my personal style and fashion blog is one of them. It had me on my toes for a minute there until adulting got in the way of me living my best life.
Namibia’s current economic state. People are now operating in silos more than ever and there isn’t enough support and/or collaboration. This, I believe, has discouraged a lot of individuals from getting some wonderful ideas off the ground.
Jeaneva Design House by Nicole J Schmidt. This collection, to me, was the most beautiful and classy I have ever come across from an emerging designer. A true Namibian tale of what class is and should be. A representation of true diversity in design and culture. I absolutely love her for producing such an effortless collection.
SynEDGY’s (Simeone Johannes) active sportswear collection. This brought so much street style and commercial fashion. It definitely deserves and needs shelf space anywhere in the world, if you ask me.
