CoD court case delayed

A FACTION of the opposition party Congress of Democrats (CoD) on Friday filed a motion in the Windhoek High Court against two party members.

T h e m o t i o n – number 44 on a list of over 70 motions put before Judge Mavis Gibson in the motion court – was postponed.
