LAST week a photo of a Mshasho T-shirt design sporting a Polo logo did the rounds on social media.
The Kwaito singer, who has made a name for himself in the fashion apparel business with a wide range of Mshasho clothing and accessories was unimpressed when contacted to explain why a well known brand logo appeared on his own brand of clothing.
Sounding agitated, he said the photo, posted on his Instagram page on Wednesday was ‘just a design’. “Wait until you see the shirt when it comes out,” he said. Upon further enquiry, he became more agitated before hanging up the phone. “Don’t call me for such nonsense please.” Mshasho is a very popular clothing brand in Namibia, known to continually sell out in Mshasho outlets across the country and Streethouse stores where it is stocked. The photo, posted on Wednesday has since been deleted off his Instagram account.
