Bipa head office moves to Ausspanplatz

The Business and Intellectual Property Authority (Bipa) will be moving its head office to the former SME Bank building.

According to Bipa spokesperson Ockert Jansen, this move is to bring services closer to the city centre, making it more accessible.

“The decision to relocate forms part of our commitment to improving your experience with Bipa and ensuring our services remain efficient, responsive and easy to access,” says Jansen.

The new office is set to open on 1 July.

Jansen says this change only affects the Windhoek head office.

All services previously available at 3 Ruhr Street, Northern Industrial Area, will now be offered at the new Ausspanplatz location.

“While we are working hard to ensure a smooth transition, we kindly ask for your patience as there may be some temporary service disruptions during the move,” says Jansen.
