Zero For Okaukuejo Service Staff

WE’VE been in Okaukuejo from 06-10-2008 until 10-10-2008 , in two splendid bedrooms (36 and 37) for myself and my son and our driver/guide (respectively).

The service (reception, restaurant and housekeeping for the rooms) deserves a 0 value rating for the lack of professionalism, lack of interest, bad knowledge of English, and absolute laziness evidenced by the most of the employees. The lady at the cashier for the restaurant makes continuous unacceptable mistakes, service staff of the restaurant are all the time gathered around her chatting about everything but work, forgetting about the clients! It’s an absolute disaster of ill-managed, lazy and unprepared employees for the role they are expected to comply with! An absolute shame! Apart from this, the area is fantastic and the rooms quite nice.Please do something about the terrible service with no supervision at all and under obviously bad management ! It’s a shame such a good place offers such bad service!
