THREE youths appeared in the Outapi Magistrate’s Court last week on charges of housebreaking and theft.
Josef Ipinge (21), Kotokeni Marius Kafo (19) and a 17-year-old youth are alleged to have broken into the Mandate cuca shop, in the Ongongo area in the North, at about 03h00 last Tuesday.
