Woodstock restaurant launches new menu

Woodstock Pub and Grill at Rehoboth has updated its menu.

Spokesperson Bognahn Möller says the restaurant has added homestyle fried chicken in two flavours – lemon and herb and paprika.

Other additions are chicken strips, vegetarian pizza and large, stand-alone pizza slices.

“The idea is that we serve a traditional pub menu, where you can expect various meals such as fries, burgers, chicken wings and steaks. However, we are still experimenting and finding our feet to create a menu over time that is unique to our demographic,” Möller says.

She says burgers are the public’s most popular choice.

Möller says the restaurant boasts a well-stocked bar with a variety of whiskeys, gins, brandies, cognacs, rums, vodkas and brands from around the world, but sourced locally.

“Our cocktail ‘Landi Lunatic’ is leading among the crowd. Our milkshakes are also loved my many,” she says.

Möller believes what makes Woodstock Pub and Grill’s food different from others is the fact that they offer their own creative twists on the ingredients they use.

Established in August 2018, Woodstock Pub and Grill also stands out for its decor and design.

“We play on a rustic feel, which can be seen in our furniture, landscape, construction and design elements, but also with an obvious celebration of modern (local) street style art finishes with hints of humour,” Möller says.
