A 20-year-old woman’s room was allegedly set on fire by her ex-boyfriend after an argument between them at Tsumeb on Saturday.
This was announced by police spokesperson deputy commissioner Kauna Shikwambi in a crime report on Sunday.
Shikwambi reported that the fire destroyed two curtains, one bag of clothes and three handbags belonging to the woman. The items are valued at N$1 500.
The suspect was not arrested yet at the time the crime report was compiled.
A police investigation is continuing, Shikwambi stated.
