GOCHAS resident Paul Jantze (57) died over the weekend when he was struck by stone hurled by a woman.
Police Commissioner Kobus Meyer said the stone struck Jantze on his left temple.Maria Duncan (55) was arrested in connection with the death. Meyer could not say what had triggered the incident. Two rape cases were also reported in the Hardap Region over the past weekend. Meyer said a 33-year-old woman was raped at the farm Kries in the Gibeon district at around 03h00 on Saturday, while a 51-year-old woman was raped at Mariental the same day. Abraham !Kharab and Charles Kalwar were arrested in connection with the two cases.
