Woman raped in mental ward at hospital

THE Namibian Police on Monday arrested a 25-year old man at the Oshakati State hospital, apparently while he was raping a mentally ill woman in a ward there.

The Director of Health in the Oshana region, Dr Naftali Hamata confirmed the incident yesterday.
