A woman’s body was found recently in a mahangu field at Kahenge in the Kavango West region.
According to the police weekend crime report, it is suspected that she died due to the cold weather.
She allegedly left a local cuca shop on Saturday evening but never arrived at her home at Mankete village.
She has been identified as Kudumo Sirenga (34).
In a separate incident, Muhoko Claudius (48) died when he was hit by a car in the Kappsfarm area close to Windhoek on Saturday.
The next of kin of both the deceased have been informed.
Police investigations continue.
