THE first basic training course for the Windhoek City Police concluded yesterday, with 138 men and women graduating from the Israel Patrick Iyambo Police College.
Namibian Police Major General Tuafeni M’lukeni, speaking on behalf of Inspector General Sebastian Ndeitunga at the graduation ceremony, said that 400 applicants originally went through fitness tests and screening, with an initial 140 being selected for graduation.
