What Is Wrong At Nampost?

I AM a learner at Eengedjo senior secondary schooland I would like to complain about Nampost.I have spent almost a week struggling to get my document through the Nampost offices but until now nothing has done.

My main complaint is that the Nampost offices are too slow. I fail to understand why they have not yet sent my money to the Omungwelume post office.Whenever I go there to check, the workers there just tell me that the people in Windhoek are the ones who are too slow.The other thing is that the Omungwelume post office’s fax machine is not working – why have they not come to fix it immediately?
