THE light rain that fell over Windhoek yesterday was caused by cool, moist air moving in from Angola.Weatherman Odillo Kgobetsi told The Namibian that the tropical system reached the central and eastern parts of Namibia yesterday.
Two weather systems will make their presence felt today, particularly in the South.
