Water debt at Opuwo now N$2m

OPUWO – Kunene Regional Governor Dudu Murorua has called on residents of Opuwo to pay their outstanding water bills.

Murorua was speaking at a meeting with Government officials, businesspeople, NGOs and residents to find solutions to Opuwo’s financial situation.
