A SWAPO councillor at Usakos and five other people arrested on Monday in connection with the theft of computers at a school were all released on Wednesday without being charged.
Police said on Thursday that the four teachers, a security guard and a cleaner from the Usakos Junior Secondary School could not be charged because of a lack of evidence.
