Two women allegedly rape man with intellectual disability

Two women are expected to appear in the Oshakati Magistrate’s Court for allegedly raping a man with an intellectual disability on different occasions, at an unknown time, at a village in the Oshana region.

According to the crime report, Oshana police spokesperson Thomas Aiyambo noted that the suspects would allegedly usually find the victim at the cuca shops, where on different occasions they would lure him to their house to rape him.

The matter was reported to the police by the victim’s aunt.
The victim is 22 years old.

The first suspect is aged 29, and is a resident of Omeege village, while the second suspect is aged 33, and resides at Iikuku village.

The suspects are currently in police custody and are due to appear in the Oshakati Magistrate’s Court on Thursday.
