TWO young men, aged 18 and 19, were arrested at a village near Ondangwa last week after they allegedly raped a 15-year-old girl, the Police reported on Tuesday.

The suspects are accused of abducting the girl from the Olunkono Shopping Centre at Okapya village last Tuesday and raped her at an undisclosed location.
