Two arrested in Swakop rape and murder case

POLICE yesterday reported the arrest of two men in a rape and murder case which shocked residents of Swakopmund’s Tamariskia township when it happened last year.

On Sunday afternoon, Michael Tsowaseb (31) and Kinsley Dauseb (32), both resident at the coastal town, were arrested for the brutal killing of 20-year-old Menisia Owases.
