A man (34) was arrested in the Kavango West region after he reportedly raped a woman (19) at Dudu village on Saturday.
According to the police weekend crime report released on Sunday, the suspect allegedly grabbed the victim at around 01h00 and forced her into his room before committing the act.
In a similar incident at Sikali village in the Ncuncuni constituency, a man (72) was arrested on Saturday around 11h00 after allegedly raping his stepdaughter (16), who lives with disabilities.
The suspect was caught by the victim’s mother, who later reported the incident to the police.
Both suspects are arrested and are in police custody.
