Two arrested for stolen furniture

POLICE have arrested two men found in possession of goods that are suspected to have been stolen from the Okahandja hotel between July and October this year, the Police reported in their crime bulletin.

The suspects, Hans Sierer (66) an Johan du Preez (25), were found in possession of a deep freezer, four fridges, 33 garden chairs, 23 bar stools, 10 tables, two pool tables, three soccer table boards, three double beds with mattresses, four garden tables, one Playstation game, three security gates, two dressing table chairs and one white toy horse. * A 25-year-old man, Frans Hango, was arrested at Ruacana last week after Police found him in possession of a machine gun, a magazine and five rounds of ammunition for which he was unable to produce a licence.* A 25-year-old man, Frans Hango, was arrested at Ruacana last week after Police found him in possession of a machine gun, a magazine and five rounds of ammunition for which he was unable to produce a licence.
