JOHANNESBURG – South African diamond producer Trans Hex Group Ltd has agreed to form a joint venture with the Angolan State Diamond Organisation (Endiama) which will give it a 33 per cent stake in the Luana Concession.
Trans Hex said in a statement the 724,5 square kilometre Luana Concession was located 80 km north east if the town of Lucapa in the Angolan province of Luande Norte and included a portion of the Luana River. -Nampa-Reuters-Nampa-Reuters
