AS part of the build-up to its year-marked trade and investment promotion activities, the Namibia Chamber of Commerce and Industry will host a Trade Strategic Seminar at the Ongwediva Trade Fair Centre on Monday, starting at 09h00.

“The seminar will provide a one-of-a-kind opportunity for spearheading a process of exchange of views and perspectives on trade relations between Namibia and its neighbouring countries in the region and in particular on increasing trade with Angola,” the NCCI said in a statement. NCCI President Dr Leake Hangala will deliver a presentation on the private sector experience; other prominent speakers include the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hidipo Hamutenya; Trade and Industry Minister Jesaya Nyamu; and Agriculture, Water and Rural Development Minister Helmut Angula.”This seminar also aimed at achieving common ground between the private sector and Government on how to penetrate into Angolan markets is part of the NCCI’s continuing economic development strategy to boost trade and investment activities among local businesses,” the NCCI added.NCCI President Dr Leake Hangala will deliver a presentation on the private sector experience; other prominent speakers include the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hidipo Hamutenya; Trade and Industry Minister Jesaya Nyamu; and Agriculture, Water and Rural Development Minister Helmut Angula.”This seminar also aimed at achieving common ground between the private sector and Government on how to penetrate into Angolan markets is part of the NCCI’s continuing economic development strategy to boost trade and investment activities among local businesses,” the NCCI added.
