Town council suspends its foreman

THE Keetmanshoop Town Council has suspended one of its maintenance division foremen pending an investigation into alleged misuse of council equipment and labour.

The Council’s Acting Chief Executive Officer, Bertie Reyneke, told The Namibian that Derick Singaram had been served with a suspension notice on Friday.
