THREE men were arrested at Katima Mulilo on Thursday for using a Government petrol card to buy fuel worth more than N$80 000.
Suspects Stanley Libanda (26), Lister Mukamba (35) and Lovemore Chikusi (28) face 33 counts of fraud.
