Three children died after the shack they were sleeping in caught fire at Mix settlement on the outskirts of Windhoek.
A girl aged two and two boys aged seven and nine perished in the fire in the early hours of Sunday.
The cause of the fire is yet to be determined. Police are investigating the incident.
