Thanks To Bank For Security

LAST year I wrote a letter to your paper which was published, venting my frustration at Nedbank due to the lack of security measures taken at the ATMs, especially the one in Maerua Mall.

I am happy to report that they have taken my (and I am sure I spoke for a number of their clients) concerns to heart and have installed side panels that shield the keypad and screen from passing foot traffic. Although it took them almost a year, they eventually did something about the situation. As I am not only one to complain but also give merit due where and when its warranted, I want to thank them via your paper for hearing us and taking our (their clients’) concerns to heart.I hope you publish this letter.Much appreciated.W F Adams Via e-mailLAST year I wrote a letter to your paper which was published, venting my frustration at Nedbank due to the lack of security measures taken at the ATMs, especially the one in Maerua Mall.I am happy to report that they have taken my (and I am sure I spoke for a number of their clients) concerns to heart and have installed side panels that shield the keypad and screen from passing foot traffic.Although it took them almost a year, they eventually did something about the situation. As I am not only one to complain but also give merit due where and when its warranted, I want to thank them via your paper for hearing us and taking our (their clients’) concerns to heart.I hope you publish this letter.Much appreciated.W F Adams Via e-mailAlthough it took them almost a year, they eventually did something about the situation. As I am not only one to complain but also give merit due where and when its warranted, I want to thank them via your paper for hearing us and taking our (their clients’) concerns to heart.I hope you publish this letter.Much appreciated.
