THE Chairman of Lazare Kaplan International, Maurice Tempelsman, visited President Hifikepunye Pohamba at State House in Windhoek yesterday.
Tempelsman told the media that his visit was aimed a follow-up to discussions held with President Pohamba in Washington in September.
