THE Police in Oshakati are investigating a case in which a 14-year-old boy allegedly stabbed his 15-year-old brother at the Kandjengedi informal settlement over the past weekend.

The Regional Police Commander, Deputy Commissioner Josef Anghuwo, says the two brothers had a quarrel at their parents’ home.
