Technical gremlin strikes Air Namibia’s Frankfurt flight

A 24-HOUR delay in one of its flights from Europe to Windhoek has hit Air Namibia for the second time within a week.

The airline announced late yesterday that its flight that was supposed to depart from Frankfurt, Germany, last night had to be delayed until this morning after a routine inspection on the MD 11 aircraft used on the route showed that a component had to be replaced.
