SWAPO’s elders will have their congress “sometime in July”, its secretary Kanana Hishoono announced on Monday.

Speaking at a media briefing, Hishoono said the date and venue will be communicated the members of the Swapo Elders’ Council “as soon as some issues are ironed out”.
