Falcons from Swakopmund lead the Erongo Dart League, following the completion of its 19-point league third round.
Falcons are on nine points, followed closely by Walvis Bay Municipality and Snipers from Walvis Bay on three points each.
On the opposite end, Torpedos and Nampol are rooted to the bottom of the log standings with 0 points thus far.
Despite the Torpedos’ early collective struggles, the club’s legendary player, Desmond Frankfort, leads the individual stats.
He has thrown 11 efforts for 140s and three 180s.
The total number of 140s thrown by all teams stands at 41, with nine for 180s.
Players from the Erongo region are among the best in country, with the Erongo Darts Union represented by four players on the national darts team, which did duty at the recently concluded AUSC Region 5 Darts Games in Eswatini.
The players are seniors Dianne Ludwig, Ralph Ludwig and Declive Gauchab, while Henri Rose competed in the youth category.
