OUTAPI – Police in the Omusati Region have reported that a suspect linked to the rape of a minor girl at Omuthitu Gwenkete village in the Ombalantu traditional district last week is still at large.

Police spokesperson for the region, Sergeant Lineekela Shikongo, confirmed yesterday that the suspect, who is believed to be more than 20 years old, allegedly called an eight-year-old child to his bedroom, and raped her.
