A young man from Walvis Bay has been arrested for a second time in two months for dealing in drugs.
The Drug Law Enforcement Unit of the Namibian Police at Walvis Bay arrested Granville Llewellyn Noble (20) and Michael Jensen (42) at a service station at Narraville last Wednesday in a Police trap.
