St Paul’s College Raises Funds for SPCA

ALL SMILES … The Animal Cruelty Prevention Group, a student initiative from St Paul’s College, donated over N$5 600 and boxes of goods to the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) on Wednesday, 15 April.

The funds were raised by the pupils through bake sales, ribbon sales, a civvies day at school and donations from other pupils. The group seeks to raise awareness on the abuse that animals suffer that many people might not know how to detect. They further support the SPCA weekly by volunteering their services on Wednesday afternoons and hope to expand their project to other high schools in future.
