They are contributing to the high failure rate of Grade 10 learners in this region. We want our learners to be tested on regional level, so that they are well prepared for the final external exams. – Concerned teacher* ETSIP: Ambitious, long and complicated. It will take the minister and a 20-week radio programme to explain what it is. But despite all the high inflated adjectives, the message is simply quality education for all.
