To our Government and RCC, tar the C35 road from Henties Bay via Uis, Fransfontein, Kamanjab to Ruacana. Also tar the C22 road from Gobabis via Otjinene, Okondjatu, to D3804 to D3802 and D2836 to link up with Grootfontein. There are trucks from Gauteng, Mpumalanga and KwaZulu-Natal on the B1. These trucks can from Gobabis be channelled to Grootfontein and connect the B1 in Tsumeb rather from Windhoek. You said learners should report the matter about denial of access to exams for non- payment of SDF to the regional office. Why can’t you send the regional office to investigate the matter? What are you waiting for? Education is a human rights issue! NSHR, please act this is your job. The children are future leaders.* THE Ministry of Education must do something to HOD posts. Why are they only for maths, physical science, lower primary and languages? Does that mean that we who did other subjects especially agriculture and life science have no leadership qualities? After all there is still a high failure rate in maths and physical science and English. When are we going to be promoted if principal posts require someone to be a HOD. Pleases Mr (Nangolo) Mbumba, try another strategy which does not discriminate anyone, otherwise we don’t have any motivation at all.
