SKW and Fortis Football Academy strengthened their chances of making the quarterfinal knockout stages of the MTC Hopsol u19 League after picking up valuable points over the weekend.
Fortis collected a maximum six points after beating Pioniers Boys 1-0 and Dobra 2-0, which saw them moving up to seventh position on the log on 20 points, while SKW moved up to ninth position on 17 points, after beating Windhoek Gymnasium 1-0 and drawing 1-1 to Kaizen Football Academy (KFA).
Swallows, who are also in the race to make the quarterfinal stages, however, dropped valuable points in a 3-0 defeat to Athletic Club Football Academy (ACFA) and now remain eighth on 17 points, just ahead of SKW on goal difference.
With most teams having only one or two league matches remaining before the quarterfinals, the race for the top eight positions is now nearly complete.

Kaizen Football Academy are second on 26 points, but they have two matches in hand, while ACFA are now third on 24 points, also with two matches in hand on Ramblers.
They are followed by Kasaona Football Academy and Windhoek Gymnasium, who are both on 22 points, and Otjiwarongo Secondary School and Fortis FA, who are both on 20 points.
Swallows and SKW who are both on 17 points, are eighth and ninth, but there is a sizeable gap over 10th placed Dobra, who are on 11 points and out of the running for the knockout stages.
