A 24-year-old suspected thief got a taste of his own medicine when he was shot in the leg after an attempt to fire at a car owner in Katutura’s Havana section.

Eyewitnesses said the suspect fired at Pesha Ingena (30) while Ingena was inspecting damage to his car on Wednesday afternoon.
