THE Congress of Democrats (CoD) has appointed its former secretary general Ignatius Shixwameni as the party’s Director for Media and Public Communications with immediate effect.
Shixwameni has also been appointed as the party’s spokesperson for the National Assembly, Presidential and Regional Councils Elections, which take place in November.
