Shixwameni quits Swapo

THE former Swapo Regional Councillor for the Rundu rural west constituency, Herbert Shixwameni, ended his membership of the ruling party yesterday.

In a handwritten fax, Shixwameni informed Swapo Secretary General Dr Ngarikutuke Tjiriange in just seven lines that he would resign “with immediate effect on November 28 as a member”.
