Finance and public enterprises minister Ipumbi Shiimi said the best word to describe president Hage Geingob is “inclusiveness”. He said Geingob detested tribalism and believed in the unity of all tribes. “He would disown you if you showed any tendency of tribalism,” Shiimi said.
