Shebeens condemn’garage’ saloons

RUNDU – The Regional Chairperson of the Kavango Branch of the Shebeen Association, Celestinus Shikerete, has condemned the ongoing illegal selling of liquor by unregistered businesses at the town.

Shikerete called on the Police to shut down illegal “garage shebeens” operating without licenses.
