POLICE at Keetmanshoop have warned that liquor outlet owners that fail to comply with the updated Liquor Act will face the wrath of the law.
The local Police Station Commander, James Nderura, accompanied by some unit commanders, met with the owners of shebeens and bottle stores on Wednesday to explain the Act.
